1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between easy 333 ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the easy 333 website located at https://easy-333.net and any associated services, games, promotions, or features offered therein.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing a wager of any kind on the easy 333 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the easy 333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability in your location:

Deposits are credited to your easy 333 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. In most cases, bKash and Nagad deposits are processed within seconds during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

easy 333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the easy 333 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "easy 333", the logo, website design, typography, graphics, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, and software — is the exclusive property of easy 333 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the easy 333 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from easy 333.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any game software, platform code, or proprietary material.
• Use easy 333 branding, logos, or trade dress in any external publication, website, or promotional material without explicit written authorisation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

easy 333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Multi-account operation or identity misrepresentation.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referral programmes.
• Chargeback of a deposit transaction.

• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or longer.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, easy 333 will notify the account holder via their registered email address. During a suspension, access to all platform features — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and live casino — will be restricted.
